Learning to become a self-advocate while fighting the effects of stigma can be a lifelong struggle. Becoming Hearing Empowered: A Guided Journal for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing contains vital information and instruction, alongside thought-provoking activities designed to move you along the path to pride and self-advocacy much more efficiently than Google searches and audiology visits.
