Learn about the WI Department of Health Services Service Fund

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) offers a Service Fund to help cover the cost of communication access services, such as interpreting, for Deaf, Deaf-Blind, or hard of hearing individuals when no other funding is available, services are not legally required, or paying would cause hardship.  Learn how you can utilize this fund in certain situations.
