TAP HAA is an additional TAP benefit option available to consumers to provide funding towards the purchase of new hearing aids to increase the efficiency and use of telecommunications devices for distance communications by people who are Deaf or severely hard of hearing. TAP HAA can provide up to $250 per hearing aid or $500 per pair of hearing aids per person. To obtain the benefit, one must meet eligibility requirements.
